Join our weekly visual & in-person book club to learn and explore the truth and wisdom about suffering, emotions, relationships, true self from the selected books and videos.
This gathering offers a calm and respectful space where you can slow down from daily stress, share thoughts and experiences, and support one another through mindful conversation and community.
Notice: The book club is not aiming to therapeutic purpose. It can only be complimentary for therapy.
What we do
01 / Meditation
Each session begins with meditation and mindfulness practices to help participants relax, become grounded, and reconnect with inner peace..
02/ Inspiring Book Reading
Together we explore thoughtful books and readings focused on personal growth, emotional healing, relationships, spirituality, and women’s life experiences.
03 / Thoughts/Experience Sharing
Participants are invited to share reflections, challenges, insights, and encouragement in an open and confidential circle of support.
