Fee and Policy
Fee
Individual Counselling: $160 + 5% GST / 50 minutes
Couples Counselling: $260 + 5%GST / 80 minutes
Payment
Payment for each session can be made before session , or at the time of service. Fees are payable by e-transfer or cash.
Insurance
Counselling fee can be covered by some of insurance companies, such as Sun Life, Canada Life, Manulife, Blue Cross, Green Shield etc. Pls check with your insurance company to confirm. Sometimes insurance company does not cover "Registered Clinical Counsellor". Pls check the wordings of your insurance policy. I will provide the receipt for your reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required in order to avoid a charge full fee for the session. If I am able to fill your cancelled appointment time with another client, no cancellation fee is assessed.
